Managed the development, implementation, technical support and customer support of an automated Federal Treasury Bank tax deposit system.  Coordinated system design and implementation structure with National banking corporations and Federal and State tax authorities. Supervised the transition from large systems to a PC-based customer interface.  Installed and supported systems at Bank of America, Security Pacific National Bank, First Interstate Bank, City National Bank, California Federal Bank, Bank of Boston, Seafirst Bank, Norwest Bank, and Northern Trust.

Promoted from Programmer to Project Manager.  Responsibilities included continued development of
existing software systems, documentation, pre-sales customer evaluation, sales support, post-sales maintenance, technical support and customer support.

Modified existing software and developed new business applications for a variety of companies and corporations.  Systems included accounting (Job costing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, reporting, tax preparation), inventory, and project management.
